How campervan rental became a passion

Benzini Campers, your go-to for campervan rental in Norway, began as a winter project in the breathtaking Lofoten Islands, transforming into a thriving family-run business.

With a desire to roam free in any Nordic weather, campervan Marco Polo was built in the winter of 2019. As we rented it out on various platforms, our humble project emerged as a standout star on the days it wasn’t in use. Seeking sunnier climes and milder temperatures, Benzini Campers made a strategic move to the southern part of Norway, specifically to Sandefjord, amidst the initial outbreak of Covid-19. The surge in demand prompted us to not only rebuild more campervans but also acquire ready-to-go Volkswagen California models.

Drawing on our extensive background in hospitality and tourism, we have maintained a keen focus on even the smallest details since the inception of Benzini Campers. This commitment is evident in every campervan for rent, where our personal touch ensures that each customer receives meticulous attention. Make It Better Place

All the climate problems, poverty, wars, pandemics etc. are, to put it mildly, an outcome of hatred and a craving for wealth and power. If there is no love and respect between everyone living on Earth, we will never reach the great goals set to preserve it.

Since 2021, Benzini Campers has been donating funds to support animal shelter Hnustanske Labky, located in central Slovakia. For those, that share love.   Benzini Campers fully recommended for an unforgettable holiday through the Norwegian roads. This opinion is based on renting for 3 weeks (between the second half of July 2023 and the first week of August 2023) of Ganesh (type of campe) for 15 days taken in Sandefjord.
The deal with Lenka and Vlado was great weeks before the booking, on the day of picking up the camper (many questions, they are very patient in answering them something), during the trip and, later, with the payment's tolls. Very thankful.
You pay only the toll roads you use, you can enjoy of unlimited mileage and a camping table & chairs. You can add some extras as final cleaning, voltage converter, full insurance, bath towels or hiking poles.
The guide provided and the rental terms/conditions are precise and clear. Good advice, very useful. They are appreciated.
The 14-day guide prepared by Lenka is recommended, it is a fundamental support to organize each day of the road trip, it is worth paying for it.

  We had the most amazing 8 night trip in Norway with Ganesh. Benzini Campers provided excellent service even when our flights had a last minute 5 hour arrival time change! Communication was great and it was very easy to contact Benzini Campers to confirm drop offs etc. Do read all the information they give you because it is very comprehensive, it meant we were very well prepared for our trip and could make the most of it.Their recommendations for what to see were outstanding, we used ideas from Lenka's blog on the website. Staying at Bakka and the sauna we had there, was one of our many highlights. Norway is stunning and we loved every minute of our trip. Ganesh is a great camper and was perfect for us, having enough space, easy to drive and has everything you need. We highly recommend Benzini Campers and would definitely book again.

  You already know the travelling with campervan is the best option, but choosing the right rental company is a game changer. Lenka and Vlado were helpful all the time- from reservation till the end, willing to answer all the questions and hit us with all tips to make our trip unforgottable and easier.   We rented Zorro camper for 4 nights/5 days. Everything went well, from pick up till the end. The size of the campervan was good for two people and well equipped.   What a fab experience, I can't praise Benzini enough, from the booking experience to quick email communications to a great van, everything was perfect.

We hired Mozart for 10 days and yes it is small but this should not be looked at as a negative but rather a positive attribute! Having a small van allowed us to truly enjoy our adventure, from sleeping next to rivers, waterfalls and sandy beaches to maneuvering around town and parking. Mozart was up to everything we throwed at him! Although he may not be very powerful, he does get great fuel economy, we averaged 6.2l / 100km over 2.600km, which more than makes up for a few slow accents! As for the inside, Mozart is furnished very well and is warm and welcoming and cute too!

I can confidently recommend Benzini to anyone as the entire experience more than surpassed our expectations.

  We had a wonderful experience renting from Benzini. We rented the Rockford model for 10 days and really enjoyed taking it around the west fjords and Trollstigen area. The bed was super comfortable and the automatic Ford transit campervan drove really well. We stayed warm with the heater at night and the blankets provided were cozy. The cooking space was very convenient with a sink, two burner stove, and all the things you need to make full meals on the road. Lenka and Vlado were great and provided awesome communication and service from beginning to end. You can tell they really take care of their customers like they are family. We would definitely rent again from Benzini and would recommend to our friends and family. Love that they donate from each rental, a food donation to a local dog shelter in Central Slovakia.
